Use the Elevate 5 times a week (at least 5 minutes per session) for the first 60 days, then 2 to 3 times a week to maintain.
Step 1
Cleanse your skin and apply a thin layer of the Hydroglow Activator Gel.
Step 2
Choose your intensity and lift with slow upwards movements from the inside outward.
Keep full contact with the metal spheres to the skin.
Work in sections and repeat each zone 3 to 5 times.
Step 3
Massage in the gel or rinse off, and clean the device with a damp cloth.

How does microcurrent actually work?
The Elevate sends gentle, low-level currents through the skin. They do two things at once.
It trains the facial muscles. The micro-contractions work like a workout for the muscles under your skin, building lift and firmness over time.
It stimulates cell regeneration. The current supports skin cell renewal and collagen production, which gradually softens fine lines and wrinkles.
Most people feel nothing during a session. Some notice a light tingling.

Is it painful or uncomfortable?

Why don't I feel anything during a session?
Feeling nothing is normal and does not mean your Elevate is broken. It really differs per person: some feel a light tingling, others feel nothing at all. How much you notice depends on your skin, the tissue underneath and the zone you are treating. Areas like the jawline, where the skin sits closer to the bone, tend to feel more; fuller areas usually feel less.
Want more sensation? Apply a bit more gel and keep both spheres in full contact with the skin. And remember: feeling more does not mean it works better. The muscles are being trained either way.
How often should I use the Elevate?
Use the Elevate 4 to 5 times a week, 5 minutes per session. Regularity matters more than session length. Start on setting 1 and always use conductive gel. Feeling more does not mean better results.
Does it work on all skin types?
Yes. The Elevate works on all skin types, including sensitive skin. Avoid using it on skin that is broken, irritated, or sunburned. Always apply the Hydroglow Activator Gel before use. The gel is the conductor that makes the current effective and comfortable.
