Why do I need the gel? Can I use a different one?
The gel acts as a conductor: it allows the microcurrent to pass evenly through the skin without skipping or friction. Most moisturizers and serums do not have the right viscosity for this. The Hydroglow Activator Gel is developed specifically to work with the Elevate.
What is in the Hydroglow Activator Gel?
Hyaluronic Acid for deep hydration. Aloe Vera Leaf Juice to soothe and support skin repair. 24K Gold Foil to enhance circulation and radiance. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) to even skin tone. Vitamin E for antioxidant protection.
How long does one tube last?
With regular use (4 to 5 sessions per week), a 50mL tube lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks. You only need a thin, even layer across the treatment area, so it goes further than you might expect.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formula is lightweight, non-sticky, and free of parabens and sulfates. It absorbs without leaving residue and is suitable for all skin types, including dry, oily, and sensitive.
Can I use the gel without the Elevate device?
Yes. The Hydroglow Activator Gel works as a standalone hydrating serum. It was developed to pair with the Elevate, and that is where it performs best, but it is gentle enough for daily use on its own.
