At House of Tones, we stand for premium quality. Each of our beauty devices and skincare products is thoroughly tested and inspected to ensure it meets the highest standards.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’ll find our returns and warranty policy below.
We hope you love your House of Tones order. However, if you change your mind, you may return your order within 60 days of delivery.
You are welcome to test the product during this period to experience what it can do for your skin.
Please note: different return conditions apply to products that have been tested versus products that remain unused.
In both cases, we ask that you return the product neatly, complete, and in its original packaging.

Our products are made to last. If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period of 2 years, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Email support@houseoftones.nl with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Orders placed via houseoftones.nl can be changed or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. This can be done via your order confirmation page (click “View your order”) or through your House of Tones account.
