We hope you love your House of Tones order. However, if you change your mind, you may return your order within 60 days of delivery.

You are welcome to test the product during this period to experience what it can do for your skin.

Please note: different return conditions apply to products that have been tested versus products that remain unused.

In both cases, we ask that you return the product neatly, complete, and in its original packaging.

How returns work

1. Email us at support@houseoftones.nl with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our support team.
3. Pack the product carefully (preferably in the original shipping box) and use a shipping service with tracking.
4. Send the parcel to the return address you’ll receive from us by email.

Good to know

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
• Products returned damaged, incomplete, or heavily soiled will not be refunded.
• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
• Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details on returns.

Our products are made to last. If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period of 2 years, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Warranty does cover

• Manufacturing defects
• Defects not caused by misuse, dropping the product, or improper storage

Warranty does not cover

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

Submitting a warranty claim

Email support@houseoftones.nl with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Orders placed via houseoftones.nl can be changed or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. This can be done via your order confirmation page (click “View your order”) or through your House of Tones account.
