Your purchase has a 60-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive it. Not satisfied? Email info@houseoftones.nl within 60 days, then send it back within 14 days of notifying us. You may open and use it as instructed. No minimum period of use, before-and-after photos or proof of results is required.

Normal use, gel used during treatment and missing original packaging do not reduce your refund. Return postage is at your expense unless agreed otherwise; your rights for faulty products remain. We refund the amount paid within 5–7 business days after receiving the return. See Article 19 of our terms for full details.

How to return

1. Email your order number or another proof of purchase within 60 days of delivery.
2. We will send you the return instructions. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us.
3. Include supplied accessories and any remaining gel. Use the original box if you have it, or another suitable protective box.

If you return your entire order, we also refund any standard delivery charge paid for that order. This guarantee is additional to your statutory right of withdrawal and your rights for faulty products. It does not limit any more favourable promise made when you purchased.

Our products are made to last. If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period of 2 years, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Submitting a warranty claim

Email info@houseoftones.nl with your order number, a clear description of the issue. Include a photo if possible. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Orders placed via houseoftones.nl can be changed or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. This can be done via your order confirmation page (click "View your order") or through your House of Tones account.

For a return under the 60-day money-back guarantee, email info@houseoftones.nl with your order number or another proof of purchase. You do not need to give a reason or supply photos of your results.

For a faulty or damaged product, describe the issue in your email and include a photo if possible. We will help you with the next step. Your legal rights remain.
