- Start at intensity 1 and increase as needed.
- Do not use on open wounds, infections, or skin conditions.
- Wait 2 weeks after Botox or fillers, 3 months after surgery.
- Consult a doctor if you have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or are pregnant.

Activate with the Elevate
Turn on the Elevate and choose an intensity level (1–3). Move the device in smooth, upward strokes along your jawline, cheeks, and forehead.
Massage in & clean
Massage any remaining gel into your skin — no need to rinse off. Wipe the electrodes with a damp cloth and store the device in a dry place.
What you feel can vary:
Some people feel a slight tingling or mild muscle contractions, while others barely notice anything. This depends on skin thickness and sensitivity. Microcurrent works at the cellular level, so it is always active: even when you don't feel it.
