Microcurrent
Everything you need to know about the technology behind the Elevate: Microcurrent.
Your skin was never the problem:
It simply never had the right support.
Most skincare products only work at the surface, and none of them reach the deeper layers that actually lift, firm, and define.
Creams cannot reach those layers, and Botox blocks movement altogether.
The Elevate was built to finally lay the foundation for firm, fresh, radiant skin, in a natural way.
On this page we explain everything about the technology behind the Elevate: Microcurrent.
Microcurrent is a proven, risk-free technology that has been used by professionals in salons since the 1970s, with effectiveness confirmed by more than 18 clinical studies.
It is recognized worldwide as a safe, non-invasive method for skin improvement: trusted for its gentle yet effective results. Because the current is so low, there is no risk of burns or deep tissue damage.
The Elevate was developed using scientific insights from medical research, aesthetic therapy, and cellular biology. In collaboration with experienced skincare specialists, this technology was translated into a safe and effective device for home use:
- CE-certified and compliant with European regulations.
- Built with a safety chip to prevent overstimulation.
- Trusted by leading skin experts.
Microcurrent works on two levels.
Cellular level
By increasing ATP (the cell's energy source), microcurrent accelerates processes like cell renewal, collagen production, and tissue repair, allowing the skin to renew and strengthen itself more efficiently.
Muscle level
Microcurrent activates the underlying facial muscles without visible contractions, supporting a natural lift and definition. It also improves microcirculation, which boosts the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the skin: essential for strong, healthy, resilient skin.
"Microcurrent works deep, yet feels gentle. It naturally stimulates both the skin and the muscles, which is what makes the Elevate so well-suited for daily use."

Short- and long-term results.
AFTER A SINGLE USE
Microcurrent increases muscle tone and lymphatic drainage, so you already look 'fresher' after the very first session.
AFTER CONSISTENT USE
Microcurrent activates cellular energy and stimulates collagen production for healthy, firm skin.
Clinical studies and research.
Microcurrent technology has been used in the medical field for decades, particularly for tissue repair, muscle activation, and wound healing. The underlying mechanism, gentle electrical stimulation that increases cellular energy (ATP), is the scientific basis for its use in skincare. Over time, this process contributes to a firmer, healthier-looking complexion with improved skin tone.

A recent systematic review analyzed 18 clinical studies on at-home devices, including microcurrent devices. The majority of studies reported improvements in wrinkles, skin laxity, and overall firmness, without serious side effects. The most common reaction was mild, temporary redness that faded quickly. The review concludes that, when used correctly, microcurrent is among the safest non-invasive technologies for skin rejuvenation.

In a randomized, controlled study of 108 women, microcurrent was applied five times a week for 12 weeks. The treated group showed a clear increase in facial muscle firmness and a more defined facial contour, while the control group showed no changes. More than 80% of participants said their face looked firmer and more lifted. These results were confirmed by objective measurements, showing that microcurrent can visibly improve facial contours.

In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 50 participants, a device combining microcurrent with radiofrequency was tested. After a few weeks of treatment, digital image analysis showed an average brow lift of about 1.3 cm in the treated group, a visible lifting effect that was not observed in the placebo group. Sessions only took a few minutes and no significant side effects were reported. This study shows that microcurrent can noticeably firm the upper facial contours.

In a controlled clinical study, 30 short microcurrent treatments were evaluated in women under 45. Forehead wrinkles were reduced by 18% immediately after the treatment series, and by 21% one month later. Both participants and independent dermatologists reported smoother, firmer skin. The continued improvement after the last session suggests a lasting effect with consistent microcurrent use.
