Huishoudbeurs 2026: eight days of real conversations

From February 4 through 11, we stood at the Huishoudbeurs in Amsterdam RAI with House of Tones for the very first time. Eight days, hundreds of conversations, and an experience that gave us more than we could have imagined beforehand.

That alone made the week truly special. Not the crowds, not the numbers, but the quality of the connections. People who genuinely took the time to listen, asked questions, and shared honestly what they were experiencing.

What brought people to the stand.

People stopped for different reasons. For some, it was the first time they had heard of microcurrent. Others had come across it before, but weren't sure what to make of it. What connected them was a genuine curiosity to understand something new.

What stood out was that the conversation was rarely about big changes. Most people were looking for something that feels natural, is credible, and fits into their daily routine. Something that helps them look fresher, firmer, and more like themselves.

Conversations that turned personal.

Once those first conversations got going, they often became more personal on their own. People shared what they had started noticing when they looked in the mirror, what they wanted to support, and what kind of result would feel right to them.

One of the most valuable moments of the week was being able to explain where House of Tones comes from. Sharing that context made a difference. People immediately understood what we meant: that feeling of wanting to improve something, without taking a route that feels too drastic or too far from yourself.

First experiences with microcurrent.

For many visitors, this was the first time they could try microcurrent for themselves. That really made a difference. Instead of imagining how it would feel, people could sit down, try it, and experience it firsthand.

We watched hesitation turn into curiosity, and curiosity turn into surprise as people noticed how gentle and approachable it felt. It was a special thing to see people forming their first impression in real time.

It confirmed for us that there is room for a different approach to beauty. One that isn't about changing, but about supporting.
